A number of years ago, I was shown a picture of Turbo_Chef wearing a t-shirt that had an arrow pointing upwards saying 'The Man' and a second arrow pointing below with 'The Legend' written on it.
This t-shirt became one of Turbo's popular party pieces. I know this because I have seen a lot of photos with the man wearing it.
A few months ago, he was going to meet people from a chatroom and told me he was taking this shirt with him. I didn't see him wearing it in any of the pictures from that weekend in Leicester. In fact, I forgot all about it.
Until last night.
I was reading the Saturday update on Dave Meltzer's website and in one of the small news items he wrote:
--The gossip section in the Las Vegas Review-Journal mentioned Ric Flair in Las Vegas on Wednesday hosting a private party at the N9NE Steakhouse at the Palms wearing a T-shirt that pointed upwards and said "Man" and pointed downwards and said "Legend." I think he's just about the only 59-year-old in the world who can almost get away with something like that.
Not only is Ric Flair a limousine riding, kiss-stealing, wheeling dealing sonofagun - he is now a t-shirt thief.
