The End Of A Run

I finally ended my subscription to Inside Poker magazine.

It just became too much the last few months when I was getting both Inside Poker and Poker Player delivered on the same day. I just wasn't finding enough time to read them both so I thought one had to go.

I won't really miss it - I prefer Poker Player magazine. There are more freerolls in there.

I started reading the IP from late 2004 when it was a gambling magazine entitled Inside Edge. The content of the magazine format changed to one hundred percent poker in the late Summer of 2006 and I was a little soured on it because I already subscribed to World Poker Tour and Poker Player magazines.

Two out of these three subscriptions have now been closed. It certainly looks like I am getting even closer to the end of my personal poker boom.
