In an attempt to get Christmassy I decided to watch two Christmas movies yesterday afternoon.
The first was an average film called Christmas in Boston. It was about a male and female who were pen-pals from their school days and had kept in contact for thirteen years. To cut a long story short - they were set to meet up at a toy convention but there was a major obstacle in the way.
As children they had both sent pictures of their better looking friends to each other. So - and I think you know where this is going - the two friends have to pretend to be the pen-pals while the real writers end up meeting up under different aliases.
By the end of the film both couples are in love.
The other movie was A Dennis the Menace Christmas. If I were to sum it up in one word it would be 'rubbish'.
