Blackout

What a day at work!

I was two hours into my shift and then the whole restaurant went black. It was the most claustrophobic moment I have ever experienced but I had to remain calm and begin customer evacuation of the premises.

Apparently, there was a major problem with the power on the block we work on and a whole host of businesses went out.

The power company have said that the problem is so big that we won't be getting any power until the early hours of tomorrow morning.

It was a situation that I did not like at all due to the feeling of panic but I triumphed once again.

I hope I'll be taking of another triumphant moment a week from now.
