The cast list for the next Star Wars movie was revealed yesterday. There was one name on it that I had been hoping for since the new trilogies were first announced.
Billy Dee Williams!
Williams played the role of Lando Calrissian in The Empire Strikes Back and Return Of The Jedi. The character was a conspicuous absence in The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi. Thankfully, he'll be in the final instalment.
Another person appearing on the list is Carrie Fisher, who passed away a couple of years ago. Apparently, they're going to insert previously filmed footage of Princess Leia and have it blended into the story.
Mark Hamill, whose character of Luke Skywalker was killed off in the most recent movie, is also returning. As I predicted earlier this year, it's likely Luke will be a force ghost.
The movie has yet to be given a full title other than Star Wars Episode IX.
