I notice that today is National Pizza Day.
It gives me an opportunity to once again write about my favourite pizza. I've done this many times in the past, so excuse the repetition.
This particular flavour is frowned upon. I don't blame you. When I was first offered a slice of my colleague's pizza back in 1997, I wasn't too keen on the concept. However, since that day, it has been my go to flavour whenever I've been compelled to create my own.
So.. here goes..
You'll need to have barbecue sauce on the base. This is important because this is how I first sampled it.
Then go for tuna and pineapple.
And there you go. It's nice.
In my opinion, of course.
