Is Cena Injured?

There is a story up on WWE.com claiming that John Cena was injured on the most recent European tour.

The WWE champion was apparently hurt in a bout against Ryback. The article states that he has hurt his Achilles tendon on his right foot.

I'm unsure what to make of this.

I'm not doubting that he is injured as third party websites are also reporting that he is hurt.

It's just that the WWE article is written it in a kayfabe way and seems to be explaining why Cena could lose to Ryback.

If he has to lose ring time then that will be quite the situation for World Wrestling Entertainment as CM Punk is also off rehabbing an injury suffered a few weeks before WrestleMania.
