I spent the last few days away from playing poker because my bedroom is too hot when the weather is like this. Sitting behind a computer playing poker for nearly three hours at a time is not the best way to beat the heat.
I was in my room watching the football so decided to play in the $5 freezeout on Ladbrokes at 8:30. Ironic huh? A freezeout tournament in the hottest room in the house!
Three hours later and I ended up leaving the tournament in 16th place out of 296 entrants.
I won $13 so the night wasn't a failure....
Apart from Poland losing in their first match in the World Cup and totally destroying my Ladbrokes millioanire coupons!!!
