It has been almost a fortnight since Pope Leo XIV was elected and I have just realised I had forgotten to write about something quirky I did when white smoke rose from the Sistine Chapel.
A few days earlier, whilst watching the NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals had made one of their selections. The on-screen graphic read 'Cardinals Pick Is In'. Upon seeing it, I thought to myself 'wouldn't that be cool to post when the new Pope has been selected by cardinals?'
So - I waited until the Cardinals were next on the clock and captured the indicator once they made their choice.
It was then a waiting game until the new Pope was announced.
