Cents To Pence, But Does It Make Sense?

 I received a final warning email from Draft Kings a few days ago.

As noted sometime last year, the fantasy sports giant is closing down operations in the UK. Its email was to say I had money in my account and it to be withdrawn ASAP.

I thought I had - well, I know I had - withdrawn the little money I had in the account as soon as I knew of the departure. I checked again.

Somewhere along the line, I must have missed twenty-two Cents. 

Not wanting to leave any money left, I went to cash out. That didn't work. The minimum withdrawal limit is $1. 

'Sod it,' I thought. 'I'm not going to chase up twenty-two Cents.'

I tried an online converter to see how much I'm missing in my money. The result came back 22p. I wasn't so sure about that, so asked AI to help me.

Grok came up with 17p. 

That sounds about right.

It makes my decision not to chase it up even more justified.
