I ended up with some profit from the Grand National yesterday.
One of the four horses I wrote about in yesterday's post ended up placing third.
Grangeclare West was 33/1. I stopped at the name, when I browsed through the runners, and thought to myself 'didn't I know a Clare West?'
The answer is no. I didn't know a Clare West. I don't even know why the name stood out. However, after stopping for that brief moment, I had to place a bet because I sensed I would end up regretting it had the horse fared well.
Well, it fared.
The decision to gamble paid off.
