The losing play came on the New England Patriots and Chicago Bears game to go Over thirty-eight points. The final score for that one was 19-3 to the Patriots.
Pittsburgh's win over over the Washington Commanders covered the spread as the Steelers came in as +2.5 underdogs. The final score was 28-27.
It's safe to say that both the Cleveland Browns and New Orleans Saints are experiencing dreadful seasons. On Sunday, they find themselves competing against each other.
My spreadsheet has the Browns to win by one point. As of right now, the bookmakers have Cleveland as +1 road dogs.
The database loves the play on the Browns.
Digging through the history of Browns .vs. Saints matches in recent history, the database sees Cleveland as having won four out of seven meetings. But, if you narrow it down to fixtures in which the Browns are the dogs, they've covered the spread a perfect five times out of five.
Four of those wins came with the Browns on the road against the Saints.
The additional pointspread play is on the Steelers to cover the +3 spread against the Baltimore Ravens.
As the two sides are division rivals, there is a lot to look at from the database.
The Steelers are 35-25 straight up in those meetings. They're 30-25-5 against the spread. However, when the Steelers are underdogs, their win-loss has a 14-5-3 record.
I have looked at the results when Pittsburgh has been installed as the home underdog and the result is 2-1-3, so - you can see the Push has came into play on more occasions than a win or loss.
Speaking of pushes, the spreadsheet has both teams to tie in this one. That's why I've opted to go for the home team with the points.
As of today, the spreadsheet and database has a record of 10-8.
