While I was preparing for today's post, I looked back at previous posts because I thought today's would be an update to something I thought I had written in the past.
My search for 'Slush Puppie', 'Slush Puppie Fizzie' and other combinations didn't bring any results.
I could have swore I wrote about Slush Puppie's brand of fizzy drinks well over a year ago because I had bought a bottle of strawberry flavour and blue raspberry pop featuring the slush drink logo.
If I had written about those drinks back then, I would have written about the blue raspberry being okay, but the strawberry was a miss.
Today's post was meant to be a follow-up. I was meant to say how I noticed a third flavour has now launched. This one being 'Green Apple'.
I bought a bottle thinking it would be nice. After all, apple is one of my favourite drink flavours.
Unfortunately, the Slush Puppie Green Apple was not nice. It's not because the taste was off-putting. It simply had no taste. It was like drinking water because the apple was not strong enough.
Another miss by the Slush Puppie crew, I'm afraid.
