Season Handicap Betting 2024/25 Note

I am now two days late when it comes to publishing the annual Season Handicap Betting post for the upcoming 2024/25 league seasons.

The good news is I will have it published in time for Friday. The bad: I am - as of the time of writing - still a long way off from even adding the data into my spreadsheets and placing my bets.

There's a good reason why I am behind.

I have an idea for a new approach to come up with the the projected finishes but I have more than one avenue to consider before I run with it.

The new ways I have explored are to consider using the predicted final tables from Opta or AI. Maybe even a combination of both.

Whichever thing (or things!) I go with, I'll do my best to explain when the post goes live later in the week. It could be a long one.

As you can see, I am still working with a blank canvas. For now.
