I spent all of today watching Queen Elizabeth II's funeral.
What an experience it was. I hadn't seen a state funeral of a British monarch before (obviously) and - to be quite frank - I was quite ignorant to everything that happens during the day.
Today was one of the best history lessons ever. To be fair, experiencing everything that has happened since word reached us that the Queen had taken ill on Thursday September 8th is something I'll never forget.
As someone who has only lived under a Queen, I am anxiously excited to see what happens next.
