It was the presale ticket event for WWE's Clash at the Castle show today.
I queued up an hour ahead of the midday launch and - when the time came - I ended up 8,800 or so in line.
When I entered the front of the virtual line, the tickets on offer ranged from £1,687.50 to £39.40. I clicked the option to offer me the best available tickets and was offered £337.50.
That was far from what I was willing to pay.
I don't feel gutted, though. I expected the tickets - in the section I would have liked to have been sat in - to be quite hefty as soon as I saw the prices of the VIP tickets, which includes hotel accommodation, yesterday.
