DFS Conference Result

I knew it was going to come to an end sooner rather than later.

The good run, that I've experienced during the NFL playoffs, in daily fantasy football came to a screeching halt last weekend.

The team I created, consisting of players in the two Conference Championship games, scored 108.9 points. 

I entered two competitions. One for £4.44 and the other for free. I didn't win anything in either of them.

In the paid contest, my team finished in 279,134th place out of 469,219 entries. I was 12.88 short of getting some money back.

As for the free comp - I finished in 3,136th position out of 6,299. The amount I needed to get a return was around 137 points, so I wasn't close in that one.

I may as well have another go with the Super Bowl next weekend.  After all - it'll be the last opportunity I'll get until September.
