Here's a gamble I've made for tomorrow night's NFL game.
As I've gone on for many years, I like looking to bet on teams that played on the Thursday in the previous week as they're more prepared than their opponents and then - in a similar way of thinking - I like to wager against teams that played on the Monday of the previous round of games as they have had the shorter time to get ready.
This week's circled team is quite controversial as it's the Matthew Stafford-less Detroit Lions against the Minnesota Vikings.
It's a special play as it combined both of my strategies in one.
Detroit played last Thursday losing to the Chicago Bears while the Vikings played on Monday night with a loss to the Seahawks.
The Lions are thirteen-point underdogs, so it's a gamble. The team kind of kept it close against the Bears on Thursday evening. I hope they do the same tomorrow.
