The First Sign That Something Is Getting Closer

I had a parcel from the USA today. It was something that I've been getting every year and means one thing.

American football season is getting closer.

It's the 2018 Marc Lawrence Playbook Preview Guide.

This is the tenth edition I've bought after first purchasing it in the summer of 2009. It has helped - in ways - with my NFL and CFB gambling. Buying it has become a tradition.

I'm planning to spend a few hours tomorrow reading it in the garden.
