I received an email from NFL GamePass yesterday.
It was a survey asking me how I liked the service during the 2017 season.
If you've been following along, I was absolutely disgusted at the streaming platform last year. I shared this opinion in the questionnaire.
I will not pay for GamePass unless it reverts back to how it was for the previous four or five seasons I had it.
The 2017 coverage was filled with technical issues after the service was taken over by a new streaming partner. It turned into a weekly calamity. I ended up asking for, and - after a going to PayPal resolution - receiving, a full refund.
