Hours after writing yesterday's post, where I noted that my spreadsheet had recommended taking Jacksonville +9 for the AFC Conference Championship game against New England, I checked back in on the line and noticed it had changed.
The Jags were down to +7.5.
'Hmm,' I thought.
I checked the news and it read that the Patriots' quarterback, Tom Brady, had sat out of Thursday practice.
Apparently, there is a hand issue.
I know that I'm anti-Patriots and would like the Jaguars to go through to the next round. I just don't want them to have the 'But, Brady was injured' excuse if they proceed and make it to the Super Bowl.
The line has since dropped to +7.
