What an awesome event New Japan Pro Wrestling's Wrestle Kingdom 10 turned out to be.
I woke up at 6am to watch the show. It kicked off at around 6:45 our time and didn't finish until not too long after midday.
It was crazy.
The final three matches of the night (or day!) were so great. The main event - which saw IWGP Heavyweight Champion, Kazuchika Okada, accept the challenge of Hiroshi Tanahashi - was one of the best matches I have ever seen.
I cannot even do it justice. It was amazing.
It was an exhausting day, though. I think I didn't factor in that I would be up late watching NFL on the Sunday. Thankfully, the NJPW January 4th shows aren't always going to be on a Monday and next year's show will be a Wednesday as we have an extra day in February. See - I'm already planning ahead!
