It has been quite a week here.
As noted seven days ago, a family friend passed away. A day after receiving that news, we found out that my sister's partner's mother had become gravely ill.
She passed away the following morning.
I didn't know her that well as I had only met her on a handful of occasions. I am sad for those that knew her, though.
My two nephews - her grandchildren - are the ones I have tried to support. One understands what has happened and the other is too young to.
