Pratt's It, I'm Not Watching!

It's that time of the year.

No - it's one of those times of the year when Channel 5 decide to overexpose the already overexposed Celebrity Big Brother show.

I can't recall when the last series ran but I have got to be right when I believe it wasn't that long ago.

Am I right?

I may have had a quick glimpse to see the car wreck of these 'celebrities' entering the house by the time this post gets published. I can guarantee that is all I'll do, though.

Finding out that Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are going to be in it is enough to avoid the entire series. I had never heard of this couple until I stumbled upon the American version of I'm a Celebrity.

I found Spencer to be exactly like his surname.

I know antagonism sells in reality shows. However, this guy was too over the top for it and I found his act tiresome and overbearing. I ended up disliking I'm a Celebrity USA because of him.

I wouldn't be surprised if his antics were part of the reason why America didn't like its version of I'm a Celebrity ultimately causing it not to be renewed.

It will be interesting to see if he brings this nonsense to these shores.

With a bit of luck he could be the poison that puts Celebrity Big Brother to its grave for good.
