Back At The Tables

I received an email from one of the poker sites I used to play at last night.

The firm were offering me a free £5.50 token to enter a tournament of my choice.

I hadn't played for a very long time but wasn't going to give up the freebie.

I was knocked out over two hours into the game. I finished in the money, though winning a little over three pounds.

As I needed to have over ten pounds in my account in order to withdraw from it, I joined a blackjack table to have a mess around.

I built the money up to £9.99 and decided I was happy enough with that. I deposited a tenner and then withdrew the £19.99 back to my bank.

Even though it was a profitable game of poker, I won't be wasting my time playing it as often as I once did.

Last night was a one-off.
