Too Much AJ

I wasn't ecstatic to learn that WWE Raw was going to be three hours long on a regular basis as of last week's 1000th episode.

Last week's show was bearable due to the celebration of its milestone episode. This week was an entirely different story, though.

One of the things I wasn't keen on was the addition of AJ Lee as the Raw General Manager.

The character has been on TV for quite a while. I initially thought she was a breath of fresh air with her quirky ways. It all seemed to change last week when she was given a new role in the storyline.

There had been a lot of criticism of her being overexposed in the weeks leading up to the announcement. I had no argument against her being on a lot of segments because - as I noted earlier - I found her character intriguing.

On the most recent episode, the character had changed.

Radically.

No longer was she a head-game playing psycho. She was now what you would expect from a regular babyface general manager.

All those people who complained about her being overexposed before this week have been proven right. In just one episode, I've been turned off by one of the character's I was enjoying.

It's only going to get worse with her being littered across three hours of television.
