I had planned on running a series of posts looking at the league handicap markets this week.
I set three posts to publish on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with the information all written up. All I had to do was add a few final calculations using stats in the annual league supplement found in the Racing & Football Outlook.
The problem I had arrived at 11pm on Monday night when I realised the supplement wouldn't appear in Tuesday's newspaper as I had made an error in judgement and noticed that the leagues don't start for another week.
I guess the Championship, League One and League Two are starting a week later than usual due to the Olympics.
Look out for them next week.
