I cannot believe I forgot to mention the above in yesterday's post.
This took place at the end of one of the summer 2005 episodes of Raw. Hulk Hogan and Shawn Michaels were doing a post-match posedown after competing in a tag match together when Michaels turned on his tag team partner by superkicking him out of nowhere.
I was stunned as I was anticipating a Hulk Hogan versus Shawn Michaels bout at WrestleMania XXII. Instead, we got the match at SummerSlam 2005.
Hulk Hogan was one of my favourite wrestlers when I was a child. Michaels was - and still is - my favourite wrestler ever since my young teens so these two facing off against one another was the ultimate dream match for yours truly.
