I vowed that I wouldn't post anything about the NFL lockout and CBA negotiations until it was all signed off but I think it's time I broke off from my word.
I've had enough of this bullshit.
It's been four months since the NFL Players' Union decertified and the NFL locked them out. In those months, we've seen speculation on when this stand-off would be resolved.
I was anticipating writing something positive today as I had heard the team owners were to vote on the new agreement last night. I felt the players would have done so as well.
But they didn't.
It's dragging on for far too long now.
I don't know whose side I should be on in this billionaires versus millionaires battle but - at this moment in time - I am leaning on the owners' side. They seem to be the only ones who want things settled before any games are lost.
It is the fans that will be affected the most.
