I was visiting the William Hill website yesterday night and noticed that they have the week one NFL lines up despite the season still being up in the air.
New Orleans versus Green Bay - the opening night game set to be played on September 8th - has the Super Bowl winning Packers at -3.5 on the handicap.
I like the Saints' +3.5 (especially the extra half a point).
Underneath all these matches is the warning that: 'In The Event Of Postponement, Normal William Hill Rules Apply'.
I didn't look at the rules. I assume they'll just be recognised as void should the season start later than expected or, in the worst case scenario - not at all.
