The WWE Studios film, Legendary, has been on Sky Movies Premiere this week and I watched it last night.
I didn't have high expectations when I decided to watch it as the subject matter - amateur wrestling - was not something I am interested in. The fact that John Cena was one of the main stars in it was the only reason I decided to tune in.
The story is of a young adult who joins his school wrestling team to try and follow in the footsteps of his deceased father and estranged brother who were both national champions in the sport.
The boy seeks out help from his brother and becomes a better wrestler because of it.
By the end of the movie, we see Cena's character rebuild his life and relations with his mother all through his reunion with his brother.
It's a nice family movie and I would recommend it even if you don't know anything about the sport.
