I was reading a blog on The Telegraph's website and was shocked at what was written about Britain's Got Talent:
'..BGT's auditions episodes were becoming a little too formulaic. You know how it goes by now, we start with a few comically terrible acts, Simon Cowall rolls his eyes and complains that he 'can't do this anymore,' a brilliant young act magically materialises and restores his faith...'
Come on now, Michael Deacon - TV features editor. It has taken you this long to figure it out?
It has been the formula for all audition shows since the beginning of time!
