To them, it's the final round and they have to try and execute the killer blow so their agenda can become the victor.

It's playing on the Barack Obama 'Hope' poster that was popular during his Presidential campaign in 2008.
I wouldn't be surprised if the newspaper uses a similar method on the morning of England's first game of the World Cup with Wayne Rooney's face emblazoned in aqua blue, red and white.
