At the time this post is published, it will be two hours to go before TNA begins their head-to-head battle with WWE.
The Thursday episode of TNA Impact lost viewers every quarter hour so this move opposing WWE's biggest television show looks to be crazy.
To add to this madness, TNA uploaded a video on Youtube advertising the first five minutes by teasing a big moment.
Why didn't they do it on the TV show on Thursday?
The problem with this 'big moment' is the same as all their other ones - they end up meaning nothing.
Sting signing, Kurt Angle joining, Mick Foley jumping from WWE and even Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair debuting have not meant anything so far.
Add the rumoured Rob Van Dam appearance tonight.
He isn't as big a star as the five already mentioned so he is not the answer, either.
As you can see, my confidence in them is at its lowest right now.
I hope I am wrong because professional wrestling needs another boom period and something like this has worked in the past. I cannot see it working this time.
