I ran the final tester bet for my system over the weekend and the results ended up being worse than when I had started out five weeks ago.
The win-loss rate ended up at 28-23 following a dismal 4-6 weekend which I had gone into with a 24-17 record.
Blame the international fixtures.
I had Nigeria and Togo as the final two games of the weekend and both teams threw away their leads by letting in ninetieth minute goals.
To lose one bet in this fashion is bad - but two?
