There are two deals that are in the works that have begun to bother me.
One is the sale of Newcastle United and the second is about the UFC programming in the UK.
I keep leafing through the paper or clicking on news sites to see whether the sale of Newcastle United has gone through and I am seeing no progress.
This lack of movement is getting quite worrying when you consider the new season kicks off in a few weeks and an entire team needs to be rebuilt.
And they need to appoint a proper manager to do this rebuilding.
The UFC TV situation in the UK is even more worrying.
I was led to believe that the Ultimate Fighting Championship has secured a place to air this Saturday's pay-per-view on these shores and nothing has been revealed yet. It's Wednesday now - we have days to go and there has been no confirmation.
I really want to see this event, it's looking like I won't get to see it if nothing is resolved soon.
I wish people would pull their fingers out. Time is of the essence.
