I have made posts on here in the past where I speculated on Brett Favre retiring as a player in the NFL.
Well, yesterday the day finally arrived.
Favre announced his retirement from American Football and I'll tell you what - this time I didn't see it coming.
He had a great season last year and I thought he would have one more go at winning a second Super Bowl ring.
