I have been watching the DVD of Fonejacker and have been in hysterics ever since I loaded up the disc.
The DVD is of series one of the television show that was aired on Channel Four over the Spring and Summer.
It has a series of prank phone calls to unsuspecting members of the public. Most of the same characters appear in each episode but they have different angles for each call.
My favourite caller is an Indian gentleman who rings up hardware shops looking for 'Doovde' players that are ready for 'the hoode' (HD).
There is also a caller named George Agdgdgwngo who is an African fraudster hell-bent on acquiring people's bank account details. His excuses for needing this information are out of this world, the reaction of the callers make it all the more funny.
