I cannot believe the pictures I have seen of Whitney Houston in the papers over the past few days.

She was one of the most gorgeous singers during my childhood and I always remember her song 'I wanna dance with somebody' playing non stop on the radio during my second year at junior school.

Ironically, I remember one of my classmates Mark singing it when he used to break in to song.

He too is not the beautiful picture for the same reason as Whitney.

It is such a shame to see how drugs can ruin people's lives. Not just for the user but those close to them as well.

Both these people come from different backgrounds yet it's the same thing holding them down in life. And, unless something is done, could ultimately end it.
