The Paul Bros. Circus Rolls On (Along With My Eyes)

I couldn't help but roll my eyes when I first found out that Floyd Mayweather was set to have a boxing match against social media 'celebrity' Logan Paul.

Those eyes of mine rolled even more the other day when I read the rules for the contest. Here's what they consist of:

- 8 three-minute rounds
- No judges
- No official winner read
- Knockouts legal
- Knockout is up to the referee's discretion
- No headgear
- 12oz gloves

I once watched Mayweather fight an exhibition fight against Tenshin Nasukawa. It was stopped when the latter was knocked down a few times in the first round.

I'd like that sort of result tomorrow.

However, I am fearful that Mayweather will ride the fight out (like he rode most of the Conor McGregor fight) and history will rewrite that the 'real winner was Logan Paul'.

The 'no judges' and 'no official winner read' rules scares me because we really won't hear the end of it if one of boxing's greats doesn't clearly knockout or stop this clown to the sport.
