If you've been following along, you'll know that the NFL has changed its partner that distributes the Game Pass streaming service to fans in Europe. There's quite a story to it, but the gist is there are a lot of previous Game Pass subscribers - myself included - that are unhappy with what is on offer from the new company.
I have written in previous posts that it was doubtful that I'd renew my subscription for the 2017 season because the price was higher than previous years. So, I was technically paying for more when the content was less.
It didn't add up.
Anyway, on Saturday night, an NFL Game Pass email landed in my inbox offering me a 15% deduction. Now we were talking.
I signed back up last night.
I've watched a bit of the NFL Network both on a laptop and on iPhone and it is jumpy in parts. It was never like this for the past few years that I watched the channel using my subscription. So - that's one gripe already.
Let's see how game day goes on Sunday.
