If you read my post from March 11th, you'll already know that one of the off-season NFL stories that I have been following is the situation with quarterback Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys.
The longtime Cowboys player was injured at the start of last season and his replacement - Dak Prescott - was a sensation. The writing was on the wall for Romo.
Anyway, I had predicted Romo would end up playing for Denver or - what I thought the most likely option - Houston.
The story took a huge shift yesterday.
Romo retired.
He will now join the booth working games for CBS' televised games.
I'm not a fan of the Cowboys, but I respect Tony Romo as a player. I'm interested to see how his new career takes off.
