This year's WrestleMania will turn out to be WWE's biggest gate.
According to reports there have been 84,000 tickets sold for the April 3rd show. Therefore, it'll beat the 79.127 the company had for the SummerSlam that took place in 1992 from Wembley Stadium.
The 80,000 plus number will surely be padded when WWE announces the number during the show. WrestleMania III has long been regarded as the number to beat (it didn't really do it, but 93.173 was the attendance the WWF announced in 1987).
I have a feeling the company will announce over 100,000 fans. I predicted this in a post published over at WWELeaks.org a number of weeks ago.
We have a little over three weeks to see whether I'm right.
