We're a few months away from WrestleMania XXIX, but that hasn't stopped the rumours about where the thirtieth event is going to take place.
Although it hasn't been confirmed, it's looking likely that WrestleMania XXX is going to emanate from New Orleans' SuperDome.
Yes, the very same building where the Super Bowl took place this past Sunday.
If you had asked me ten years ago where I thought WrestleMania XXX would be held, I wouldn't have thought twice before announcing 'MSG'. After all, Madison Square Garden hosted the first, tenth and twentieth WrestleMania so it would have felt appropriate for World Wrestling Entertaiment to return to their 'home'.
Times have changed, though.
WrestleMania - the brand - is even bigger now and it requires a massive venue.
They are also in the New York / New Jersey market for this year's event so a return to the Big Apple a year later, although possible, wasn't likely.
Let's hope New Orleans figures out how to sort their power usage out in time for the spring of 2014.
