In a post published last month, I mentioned playing a game called Word Wipe on YouTube. I noted it has me hooked. Well - I don't think I can express how locked in I am by it.
The puzzle game, in which you have to find three-letter words or more to earn points, has been my number one go to thing to kill time recently.
Over the weekend, I managed to break my personal record. I did so by a few points. Going in, I was in the 20,000 range. I came away still in the 20,000s but with a few extra points. After beating my personal best, I wrote a bit about it in my journal before bed.
I then went onto YouTube to find a video to watch before I dropped off to sleep. I came across the Word Wipe image as I was scrolling through and I. COULD. NOT. GO. FURTHER.
It was late at night. I had to have one more go before I switched the lights off.
And guess what?! I broke the record again! But - it was, once again, only by a few points because I reached 20,747 that time.
I have set myself a challenge to avoid playing Word Wipe this week. I have WrestleMania to prepare for. Plus, I really do have to finish Black House by Stephen King and Peter Straub.
Those are my goals for the coming seven days. Not Word Wipe.
