I think it's safe to conclude that Beetlejuice sequels are like buses. You wait ages and then two come along at once.
Kinda.
After the release of Beetlejuice's sequel - Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice - last year, it seems that a third movie is now in the works. The original movie came out in 1988, so it took thirty-six years for the second instalment. The third film, is reportedly, 'imminent'.
Well - to be clear - I'd go so far as to gamble on it 'not being in thirty-six years'.
I have yet to watch the second film. However, I will as soon as it's available to watch on TV. Or on a streaming platform I subscribe to. Whichever way works out first.
By the way, considering the character of Beetlejuice is called by saying his name three times, and with the second film christened 'Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice', I think it's a safe bet we already know what movie three will be titled.
