Here's what I've just had for lunch.
It's an old favourite. Albeit, I make it a different way these days.
I cook fries in an air fryer. Once they're done, I pour barbecue sauce over them and then sprinkle a load of mozzarella on top.
Then it's a few minutes under the grill. However, for today, I put the plate in the microwave for a minute-and-a-half.
The old way was to cook the chips (or fries!) in an oven. Another strike in favour of an air fryer.
