Thoughts After Watching Ahsoka's First 2 Episodes

One of the first things I did this morning was watch the new Star Wars series that began streaming on Disney Plus from today.

There were two episodes of Ahsoka waiting for me when I turned my TV on a little after 8am. 

The series is set in the same period as The Mandalorian and I think I will like it (obviously!). However, as of right now, I feel like I have done myself a disservice by not watching the Star Wars: Rebels animated series because it seems that I should have known a lot of the characters - and plots - from that series going into Ahsoka.

I know Ahsoka from the Clone Wars animated film and series plus she has appeared on other Disney+ programmes. I'm also aware of Grand Admiral Thrawn, who has been mentioned in the two episodes of today. However, everyone else I am unaware of.

That's down to me, though. I should have brushed up long before now.
