Dreadful For All

I had a long weekend to get through, so wrote a couple of posts that would see me through to today. That's why I'm only getting to what is one of Britain's biggest stories now.

It was terrible to see what happened to Caroline Flack.

I'm not going to say I am a fan of everything she presented because that would be a lie. However, and as I've written on here many times, I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here is my favourite programme in that genre of television. So, I knew Caroline Flack from her role hosting IAC's sister show - Get Me Of Here Now.

And since she departed that show all those years ago, the only way I've followed her career is by knowing what else she had done since then through the newspapers. This makes it all the more ironic considering that's how I found out about her recent troubles and eventual suicide.

I feel sorry for her. I feel sorry for her friends and colleagues. I also feel sorry for fans of hers. People who let her into their lives through TV.  I know it might come across as crazy but people who never knew her are sure to be feeling the loss as well simply by following Caroline's career from show to show.

It's dreadful for all.
