Don't get me wrong - I am happy when I see people in the newspapers celebrating their lottery or bingo wins.
I obviously wouldn't mind being where they are, but this isn't why I am writing about them today.
What I do not like, in the same articles about their wins, are the BS stories about how they won.
You know what I mean? The 'It was the last £1 I had' kind of thing. Don't BS us!
To be fair, it's probably newspaper spin more than anything else. Just makes it seem ridiculous when every winner has some story about how they were fluky.
Your win is a fluke enough at those odds!
